The Sarojini collection incorporates the poems of one of India's most prominent freedom fighters at the time of Gandhi, Sarojini Naidu. Sarojini was the first woman to become a state governor and president of the National Congress. Her poetry provided hope and enthusiasm to the people of her day, and her birthday is celebrated as Women's Day. Each piece from this collection is hand engraved with Sarojini’s poetry.
