Important Information

All items are photographed and described as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Items are available until stocks sell out.

We reserve the right:

  • to cancel any order, at which time - we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
  • to accept orders subject to availability of stock.
  • to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Returning and Exchanging items

This policy only applies to goods purchased through our on-line store. In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with packaging and all labels attached.
  3. Items must not have been worn or used.

To obtain a refund, please return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel), your contact details and indicate the reason for the return.

We will credit your credit card, excluding delivery, or we can issue you with a credit towards future purchases if you choose. We cannot refund delivery charges on delivery and return of goods unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.
